Navigating life can be incredibly difficult—especially when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, work stress, in conjunction with various life transitions. You may be trying your best to hold everything together and still feel like you're falling short. Maybe you're caught between the pressure to meet others’ expectations, frustration with career uncertainty, or the pain of low self-worth. I understand how overwhelming it can be to carry stress, self-doubt, and pain while trying to hold everything together. How I work
Gentle, Deep, and Always With You at the Center
I believe that therapy is a relationship—not just a service. Healing happens when we feel safe enough to bring our whole selves into the room, especially the parts that have felt unseen, confused, or ashamed.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means:
-
We’ll explore how your past experiences—including your cultural roots, family dynamics, and unspoken roles—may still be shaping your present.
-
You won’t be given a “fix.” Instead, you’ll be offered space to feel, reflect, and gradually shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
-
I pay attention to what happens between us, because your experience in therapy is part of the healing process—not separate from it
What to expect:
-
A steady, compassionate space where you can feel without judgment
-
Gentle curiosity and reflection, not pressure or quick solutions
-
Conversations that honour your unique cultural identity, language, and values
-
An evolving process shaped by your pace, your needs, and your voice
Therapy with me is not just about “feeling better.” It’s about becoming more fully yourself—someone who belongs not just in society, but in your own skin.
